LeaseUp Successfully Closes Pre-Seed Round

LeaseUp, co-founded by Kurt Chisholm and Wayfair alum Gunnar Bell, with additional Wayfair alum Cole Canning as Principal Software Engineer, has raised a pre-seed round to continue their mission to digitize commercial leasing transactions.

LeaseUp, a company co-founded by Kurt Chisholm and Wayfair alumni Gunnar Bell, has closed a recent pre-seed investment lead by Bienville Capital and Fractal VC, with half of the round coming from current users and commercial real estate professionals. LeaseUp is leading the digital transformation in commercial real estate.
