Arvind is the President and one of the co-founders of EcoSoul Home, a new-age consumer products company on a mission to make plastic-free, tree-free, and compostable homewares the new norm across retail and business workspaces. Prior to EcoSoul Home, Arvind led merchandising operations at Wayfair. Arvind in his past life has also spent several years in product and strategy consulting leadership roles at Microsoft and Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company). Arvind has an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, and an MS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech.
